DS-02 High Precision Digital Gas Dilutor
This is a compact, robust, portable device with high precision gas dilution function.
Consist of up to 2 - 3 Mass Flow Controllers, the system has the ability to generate multiple dilution concentration from a single gas cylinder at different flow rate for the creation of instrument calibration curve.
Extreme user friendly operation is achieved via the touch-screen panel to a fast setup.
User simply key in the gas cylinder concentration and required concentration to be diluted then the flow rate in liter per minute of required gas can be produced.

Special Functions：
High concentration Sample Gas can be introduced via float flowmeter and diluted by MFC to calculate the dilution factor for the gas analyzer. Quick concentration can be acquired from analyzer without extra calculation. (Patent Pending).
Options
1. Permeation Oven：
Rare gas sources can be obtain by using different permeation tube and connect
to the gas dilutor for dilution.
Flow Rate Range： 100 sccm – 500 sccm,
Temp. Range： From Room Temp. to 150℃.
2. Ozone generator：
Generate ozone up to 300 ppm for NOx analyzer to measure NO2 conversion
efficiency. Also for the validation of the Ozone generator or indoor air cleaner
efficiency.
Flow Rate Range： 100 sccm – 500 sccm,
Conc. Range： 1 ppm – 300 ppm.
3. Computer Link Upgrade：
* Providing Blue Tooth and RS-232 connection with computer.
* Storage for Gas Cylinders Database for all applications.
* K-Factor of Gases Database storage and use in all application.
